Keep it gentle.
For plain metal chains, use lukewarm water, a small amount of mild soap, and a soft cloth or brush. Gently clean around the links without pulling on your jewelry.

Rinse. Pat. Repeat.
Rinse away soap and pat dry with a soft cloth. After a workout, rinse off perspiration and dry carefully around your chain.
Permanent jewelry is made for continuous wear, but every chain deserves a little attention. Keep your routine gentle and your jewelry free from buildup.
03 / PROTECT
Skip the harsh stuff.
Avoid direct contact with bleach, household cleaners, perfumes, and lotions. Chlorine and salt water may dull jewelry, so pat dry right away if exposed!

Watch for little snags.
Be mindful of towels, sleeves, bags, workouts, and pets! If your chain catches, gently free it instead of pulling. Check your fit and links from time to time.

Place your chain and any loose pieces in a sealed bag to keep it safe. Hold onto it until you’re able to visit us in-store.

We offer complimentary inspection of your Jeweliana permanent jewelry. Bring your original piece back if a link looks worn, your fit changes, or your chain comes off.
Reconnect, whenever possible.
Our warranty includes complimentary reattachments, repairs whenever possible, and resizing smaller using your original Jeweliana chain.
Replacement for lost jewelry, missing portions, or chains worn

Yes! Jeweliana permanent jewelry is waterproof. Rinse away soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Then pat dry. Stone and pearl connectors may need extra care - ask us about your specific piece.

Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine and salt water. After exposure, rinse with fresh water and pat dry.

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish from moisture, persperation, cosmetics, and chemicals. Gently use a silver-safe polishing cloth on the chain, without tuggging. If you’re unsure, bring it in for an inspection!

A skin safe jewelry cleaner may be okay to use while wearing your jewelry. However, It’s safest to stick with mild soap, lukewarm water, and a soft cloth.

Snip it with nail clippers at the weld point on your chain. Bring it in to us when you’re ready to have it re-attached.

Yes, we can resize your Jeweliana permanent jewelry chain smaller at no charge. If you nee it larger, an additional fee will apply.
