What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a unique, custom experience where you design your jewelry on the spot and have it welded together without clasps. Using a gentle spark fusion process, we create seamless, claspless pieces that are designed to be worn 24/7. It's not just jewelry – it's a memorable experience that creates lasting connections and personal style statements.
How long does permanent jewelry last?
When properly cared for, permanent jewelry is designed to last for years. Our high-quality materials (Sterling Silver, 14kt Gold Filled, and Solid Gold) are built for daily wear. The longevity depends on your lifestyle, care, and the metal type you choose. With proper maintenance, many customers wear their pieces for years without issues.
What’s the difference between sterling silver, gold filled, and solid gold?
Sterling silver: 92.5% pure silver, beautiful and affordable, may tarnish over time but will shine back up when polished and cared for.
14k gold filled: A thick layer of 14k gold bonded to a base metal, more durable than plating, won’t tarnish
Solid gold: 14k solid gold throughout, the most premium and long-lasting option.

How do I book an appointment?

How long does an appointment take?
Boutique appointments are typically 15-minute time slots, perfect for creating your custom piece without feeling rushed.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for weekends and group appointments. Popular times fill up quickly!
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please get in touch with us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are not required for our King of Prussia location, but are required for our Pottstown location.
mobile services & events
Do you offer mobile/party services?
Yes! We offer mobile permanent jewelry parties within 30 miles of Pottstown & King of Prussia, PA. It's perfect for bridesmaids’ gifts, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more.
What’s included in a private party?
Private parties include our full mobile setup, chain selection, personalized service, and the same welding experience as our boutique. Pricing varies based on group size and location.
Do you do pop-up events?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with other businesses for pop-up events. Contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.

Our warranty is designed to keep your original piece looking and fitting its best for years to come.
What's Included
We're happy to provide complimentary:
✔ Reattachments if your original permanent jewelry comes off
✔ Repairs to your original chain whenever possible
✔ Resizing your jewelry smaller using your original chain
✔ Professional inspection of your permanent jewelry if you have any concerns
What's Not Included
Our warranty does not include:
✘ Replacing chains that have broken due to normal wear and tear
✘ Replacing lost jewelry or missing portions of jewelry
✘ Adding an additional chain to make the jewelry larger
✘ Damage caused by excessive force, accidents, misuse, or alterations performed by another jeweler
✘ Jewelry not originally purchased from Jeweliana
Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn continuously without a clasp. While it's made for everyday wear, no fine jewelry is indestructible.
Over time, daily activities such as exercising, lifting, sleeping, snagging, work, sports, or accidental impacts can naturally weaken a chain. Like any piece of fine jewelry, permanent jewelry may eventually require repair or replacement as it experiences normal wear.
A chain breaking after extended wear does not necessarily indicate a defect in the jewelry.
If Your Jewelry Comes Off
If you still have your original piece, bring it back!
We'll gladly inspect it and, whenever possible, repair or reattach your original jewelry at no charge under our Reattachment & Repair Warranty.
If the chain has reached the end of its wearable life or has broken due to normal wear over time, replacement of the chain is not covered under warranty. We'll be happy to help you create a beautiful new piece.
A Note About Resizing
Need your bracelet to fit a little tighter?
We're happy to resize your permanent jewelry smaller using your original chain at no charge.
If you'd like your jewelry made larger, additional chain will be required and will be charged at the current price of the selected chain.
