When properly cared for, permanent jewelry is designed to last for years. Our high-quality materials (Sterling Silver, 14kt Gold Filled, and Solid Gold) are built for daily wear. The longevity depends on your lifestyle, care, and the metal type you choose. With proper maintenance, many customers wear their pieces for years without issues.
What’s the difference between sterling silver, gold filled, and solid gold?
Sterling silver: 92.5% pure silver, beautiful and affordable, may tarnish over time but will shine back up when polished and cared for.
14k gold filled: A thick layer of 14k gold bonded to a base metal, more durable than plating, won’t tarnish
Solid gold: 14k solid gold throughout, the most premium and long-lasting option.

Our permanent jewelry typically ranges from $60-$200 depending on the chain style and metal type you choose. We offer over 200 chain styles, so there's something for every budget and style preference.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash, and Venmo for your convenience.
Do you offer custom charms?
Yes! We can create completely custom charms aligned with specific events or personal preferences. We also carry a wide selection of ready-made charms to choose from.
Can I bring my own chain to be welded?
Yes, but we must first inspect any outside chains to ensure they meet our quality standards. If approved, there's a $75 custom fit and weld fee for bringing your own chain.
Can you re-weld permanent jewelry from another permanent jewelry company?
Yes, we can re-weld pieces from other permanent jewelry companies for a $20 fee, provided you bring the original receipt from your previous service.
Do you replace lost jewelry?
No, we do not replace lost jewelry. Permanent jewelry is designed to stay with you, but if it’s lost, you would need to purchase a new piece.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are not required for our King of Prussia location but are required for our Pottstown location.

We have two locations!
King of Prussia - We’re located on the bottom floor in the Court side of the King of Prussia mall. We’re right next to Pandora and Cardinal Camera.
Pottstown - We're tucked away like a little gem! 💎 Drive to 1500 S. Hanover Street (Route 100), pull into the Coventry Motors Marine parking lot, and look for our charming green and red shed. It's like finding a jewelry box in the most unexpected place!
